Whey protein when pregnant
I recently found out that I am pregnant. Can I take Whey protein by ON. I usually take it one scoop a day after a 30 min walk. Please advise.

No dont take avoid it not safe Take natural source of protein Like paneer, pulses, fish or chicken, egg Etc n with take 25 gm of fibre so u will digest food easily Take direct consultation if u want diet plan
