No need, it mostly effective for muscle development, Gym guys mostly used this kind of products. For healthy breast milk u can start healthy protein balance diet,  it will help u lot.for better understanding consult with your doctor or dietician/Nutritionist. May the will prescribe Indizual diet plan to improve breast milk.
