Wheezing problem , dry cough
I m facing wheezing problem , difficult breathing too... Dry cough... Initially took gerd treatment but didn't works....since last 4 years on off ...dnt know what kind of mysteries signs I have. . And from last year m facing polyuria and increase urine diluted plus dehydration... Plasma osmolality 320 Is it related? Kidney, liver function normal Cbc normal Thyroid is normal

Plasma osmolality is too high needs further workup lipid profile . On off sob and wheezing could be allergic seasonal bronchitis .needs further assessment from Pulmonologist.

Chronic cough and wheezing can be secondary to asthma . You need to be evaluated to understand the nature of your cough. Yes there can be a relation between urinary issues and long term hypoxia.

Difficulty in breathing and wheezing may be symptoms of asthma which can be controlled by inhalers and other medications. Polyuria can be a symptom of diabetes.

May be Allergic aetiology. Plasma osmolality is high.pl do Diabetic profile. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken for better evaluation.
