I m facing wheezing problem , difficult breathing too... Dry cough... Initially took gerd treatment but didn't works....since last 4 years on off ...dnt know what kind of mysteries signs I have. . And from last year m facing polyuria and increase urine diluted plus dehydration... Plasma osmolality 320

Get screening for diabetes once with fasting and post prandial glucose and HBA1C levels,at the same time your breathing problem and wheeze needs to be evaluated further consult pulmonologist for further guidance
Plasma osmolality is too high needs further workup lipid profile . On off sob and wheezing could be allergic seasonal bronchitis .needs further assessment from Pulmonologist.

Difficulty in breathing and wheezing may be symptoms of asthma which can be controlled by inhalers and other medications. Polyuria can be a symptom of diabetes.
May be Allergic aetiology. Plasma osmolality is high.pl do Diabetic profile. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken for better evaluation.
