What exercise are possible for this...
I have a l4 to l5 lumbar fracture last 2016 and i'm plan to get to fit for this coming month. ehat exercise can be fit and possibly to me.

If fracture is fully healed and no problems now, you can do back muscle strengthening exercises first. Once strengthened your back - you can do other exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.

Exercise can vary depending upon your pain at present. Try to walk or do cycling if possible to gain good strength in legs. Proper strength training should be done only after review with your doctor and with advise.
