What are neck back pain symptoms
I am 25 year old girl. I am not able to do my studies as I am getting this unusual pulling sensation in my neck where I tie my hair up. What are the symptoms of neck back pain? Can it be because of wrong posture? Do I also have this problem?

Yes this can be because of postural problems. So improve ur posture while study. Sit on confirtable chair and keep ur posture upright. Also take breaks after every 30 mintues to one hour. Also start strengthening exercises for neck and upper back muscles. Meet the Physiotherapist for this problem also.
