Neck Exercises: Sit on chair or mat. Strech Your Neck Upwards (Look Upside) Than Downwards. Than Look Sideways (Left - Right) and Than Tilt Your Head Towards Shoulder both sides. Do 5 Times Each.
Shoulder Exercises: Raise Your Arms Upwards then Down. 10 Moves.
Then Raise Your Arms Sideways Up then Down. 10 Moves.
Do Shoulder Shrugging 10 Moves.
Bend Your Elbows and Touch Your Shoulders and Do Circular Movements 10 Moves .
Do These Exercises Twice Daily.

With a general exercise program you need to :
stretch the front of the shoulder along a door way for 10 sec × 10 reps
Back of the shoulder by bringing arm towards chest and hold 10 sec × 10 reps
Sitting shoulder twists with arms crossed 15 reps
Neck side tilts 10 sec × 10 reps
Atleast 2 times per day
* Sitting: always sit with your bottom to the back of the chair, laptop height should not be too low or too high.
