I am male 38 years, my height is 172 cm, and weight is 90 kg. But I am a body builder with good physique, now I want to reduce weight i.e. ideal weight. How much weight can I reduce per month, can I cut down the carbs totally? How long it will take to become an ideal weight?

Gud morning no not at all.All carbs are not bad for body,try to cut down simple carbs like white rice,white sugar,maida n maida containing foods replace with complex carbs like brown rice,whole wheat n whole wheat products,millets like oats,daliya etc.Pls connect directly through practo for detail discussion n guidance.
