I want to lose weight very quickly but I don’t know how. I’m 14 and I weigh around 57kg and I am about 1.65 cm. Please could you help me lose weight. I want a flatter stomach and skinnier legs and arms. Thank you ❤️

According to ur height your weight should be in between 60-65kgs. Eat Balanced and nutritious diet plan. Walking one hr daily to keep fit.
