My weight is not maintain its lowest And some times it maintain by using some tonics etc but after that again weight loose ..how to handle this

For gaining weight follow healthy diet , exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

To gain weight you need to eat more calories than your body burns. Weight gain need to take care your diet and life style for whole day. It needs proper nutrition to your diet. Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6.
