Make sure to include pulses, legumes, eggs, paneer, nuts, non veg foods, sprouts regularly in your diet. A balanced healthy diet with adequate rest and exercise will help u gain weight naturally.

1. You might not be taking adequate calories and other nutrients as per your requirement and as per your energy expenditure (common cause)
