I want to know how to maintain weight during festive season please doctors dont ask for personal appointments just help me out with tips and tricks to manage weight in festive season

1. Drink Luke warm water for improving metabolism 2. Drink 2-3 cups of Green Coffee Bean to improve metabolism. 3. Before any heavy or oily meal, just have salads spread with Apple Cider Vinegar to suppress appetite. 4. Taste are your favourite oily -spicy - sugary meals in small amount. But don't eat too much! 5. Do cardio exercises in festival season also!

Taste every festival meal in very small quantity, but don't eat in excess. Sip Green Coffee Bean. Before your heavy meals, have some small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar. Drink luke warm water and go for exercise in festival time also.

-Drink 8-10 glasses water daily -Eat fruits and vegetables daily -Eat less of carbohydrate foods like roti, rice, potatoes etc -Eat sweets before evening -do at least 20 min of exercise daily -have almonds and walnuts in the morning -ginger tea is helpful -infused water is very helpful to maintain weight
