Some people have reported that it helps. There is no scientific evidence for the same. But you can try it since there is no side effect as such.
As far as your hypothyroid is concerned, it’s metabolic and nature and I can understand how difficult it is for you.
Try and workout as much as possible. Keep the faith. Balance your diet. Don’t eat processed foods. Drink lots of water and don’t take added sugar in your diet. Also as mentioned below do take a high fibre diet for the same.
