Hi there, Hope you are doing good. It would have been great if you would have put down your weight and height too.However there is no specific diet which lead to fat loss on only these 2 areas.You are basically talking about spot reduction which can only happen through surgery and is promised by cosmetic surgeons.You shall have to start with basic exercises initially cycling (in order to lose fat from the hips) or you can enroll for pilates which shall shape up your entire body.Try and go for a walk at least for 25-30minutes.Where the diet is concerned.You eat to follow these tips which would be good for your overall health. 1)Eat small and frequent meals. 2)Eat 2 servings of fruits and 3 servings of veggies. 3)Drink 12-15glasses of water per day. 4)Stay away from refined,fattening and processed foods. 5)Sleep for at least 8hrs. 6)Keep stress at bay
