My initial weight was 98kg. Last year i was able to reduce 10kg in 3 month's,but now it's been a year and my weight is stuck at 88kg and not coming down even after intense workout..

45 minutes of daily walk or aerobic exercises 6days a week is adequate for reducing weight.
If your weight is stuck you need to modify your daily diet.
A low calorie, low fat, normal protein, adequate vitamins, minerals and high fibre diet is recommended to reduce weight and meet your body requirements ( energy and nutritional requirements). Daily calorie intake has to adjusted with your daily calorie expenditure through workout.

Spending hours in intense workout is not going to help dear, rather it will lead to body pain due to muscle swelling and that will hinder the weight loss. It's advisable to do a moderate intensity workout for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week, along with proper diet. I can share a few diet tips with you:
1. Include dandelion tea in your routine, take it twice or thrice a day. It is Easily available online.
2. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 3-4 hours so that metabolism gets boost up and help in weight loss.
