My husband is obese. His height is 180 cm and weight is 110 kgs, age 32 years. His job requires traveling and tour. So not able to follow any strict diet and gym. When he is at home, we are trying to follow a healthy diet and gym. Any ayurvedic diet supplementary pill suggestion like garcinia or green coffee. He takes fibator to manage his triglycerides ( last test it was 207) and some times acidity medicine.

He needs to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, Sure we can help him. But, want to tell you that these supplement only help to certain limit but with proper diet.Even for some ppl it has various side effects also. Even your husband is suffering from high triglycerides level. So ,my opinion is to contact any near by qualified dietician or if not possible you can contact us directly thru the link below
