Hi With your present Age, weight and height your BMI is 29.3 which is overweight.. your ideal weight should be 63.3 kgs..and you are overweight by 16.7 kgs ..at present..and this can be corrected by a properly planned diet and lifestyle choices.. Dietary advise :-  include all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables,always opt for high fiber diet, low GI foods that are complex carbs, moderate plant based proteins, low fat dairy etc...and more of omega 3 and 6 foods, fermented foods, germinated sprouts, less of animal proteins such as egg white, sea fish , chicken soups and lean meats if non- vegetarian and more of plant protein like all variety dals, legumes, nuts of almonds and walnuts, seeds, in dry fruits except dates and raisins...others foods like figs, apricots are good to consume.. Lukewarm Lemon water upon waking, and 45 mins of brisk walking, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day, good sleep, regular eating habits, regular exercises both morning and evening, small frequent meals with limited portion sizes, no large meals, no outside food, chewing food well, healthy cooking oils for home cooking oils like til, olive, unrefined safflower and sunflower oils, groundnut etc...keep changing oils every month.. Ok u have to follow a planned diet . Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts In every meal. Substitute millets as jowar,ragi for rice,wheat. Drink enough water. Sleep for atleast six hrs at night leisurely. Walk,yoga,exercise,play sports for atleast one hour a day. 200 ml buttermilk,five tsf ghee is allowed. Restrict fastfood,nonveg,oilyspicy food,masalas,bakeryfood,preserved foods.
