My self sachin age 30 , my height is 170 and my current weight is 80 kgs. I am locomotor disable pedson due to spinal cord injury in 2017 . I want to reduce my weight for better mobility . Please suggest me some medicine .

Hey ! As a dietitian My suggestions for weight loss are
1) low carbohydrates ( avoid maida, white bread,rice , potato, - as these are easily digested carbs ... u can choose instead brown bread , wheat dahlia, oats, barley flakes, oats flakes, Ragi—as these are complex carbs .... it’s the main thing for loosing weight
2)low fat intake—avoid outside food completely
3)high fiber diet - include vegetables and fruits salads
4)high protein intake— take good proteins such as paneer,cheese, eggs, milk

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric and pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
