Hello sir, For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Within one month u can reduce ur weight 3-5kg. Follow weekly basis diet plan through dietitian. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Hi! I cannot give you a diet over here without knowing your time and diet schedule and your medical history. You need to meet me or any other Dietician for personalised diet plan. As its all about learning, it's not about 1 month or 3 month , it's a life long thing. You also want that your weight lost stay with you for life long, for that you need to join your Dietician learn yourself, till then you can follow the following tips that may help you little           1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Son't overeat.
