I want to loose weight..how shall I do it..? I have a very tight schedule due to which I cannot join gym..Please help..I weigh around 80kg and my height is around 165cm

hey, if you cannot do exercise adhere to strict diet , take only fiber containing foods, chapatis, fruits and vegetables , avoid oily ,junk foods ,avoid alcohol , don't stress yourself , you need to relax , don't eat too much before going to sleep
