Weight loss...
I want to loose weight...currently my weight is 59kg and height 4 feet 11 inches...how can i loose weight at home up to 10 kg? I always feel low due to increased weight...i don't eat too much of oily and sugary foods but still i have gained weight. Is there any solution without going to gym?

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Gaining weight while you are eating a proper low calorie diet could be because of lack of exercise and very passive lifestyle or because of hormonal irregularities. It is important to ascertain the cause.  Start a 45 min brisk walk for atleast 5 days a week. If you can,go for cycling, swimming or play a game like tennis, badminton etc.You can do yoga at home too.

surely dear you can reduce weight at home by doing diet control. add fibre in your diet - avoid sugar , fats, dry fruits -take more salad, vegetables, - water intake 15 to 16 glass - take regular meals or regular intervals - avoid binge eating 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Eat less and exercise more Ask me directly for customized diet for you!!!
