Weight loss
I want to loose my weight. I'm 75 kgs and my height is 5'8'' I want to loose minimum 10 kgs. So i want a proper deight chart. Because i don't get much time for exercise so i need a diet chart to loose weight.

Hello, you must consult dietician for diet chart because diet of each state is different. Doctor of some other state cannot provide chart because of different food habbits, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better , .Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat
