I not able to gain weight as i am underweight. I am a working in mnc with night shift. Its almost 3 yrs. I take full care of my diet. I also eat fruits. My weight is reduced but does not increase. What should i do to gain weight.please suggest

high protein high calorie diet with moderate fiber including lemon water in the diet, meals should be between gap of 2-3 hrs, not more than that, have only one serving of fruits in a day. including protein in each an every meal, follow 5-6 frequent meals in a day have 2 serving of milk in a day and milk products also.

You should test like thyroid, IBS, sugar level
If all reports are normal then you take frequent and small meal in which you have to include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals... According to your height and weight calorie will be calculated for weight gain by a dietitian... And light exercise also beneficial with balanced diet....
If your report is not normal then you should meet from physician after that dietitian.
