Hello there. Have food at proper time and if possible have 5smaller meals at frequent intervals rather than 3 huge ones. Don't have anything before 4 hours of bed. Have green tea twice a day. Walking and running are best cardio excercises for weight loss. Consult a dietician for detailed diet chart and hit the gym. Regards
