I need to lose 10kg of weight to get rid of fatty
liver as advised by my physician. I started work out in the morning for 30minutes followed by some free hand exercise.
Initially I lost around 3kgin one month. But after that all my efforts are simply without any results.
If stop my activity for one week due travel or sick weight start accumulated in acceleration.
Please guide a healthy and efficient weight loss program; o am really tired.
