I have been exercising for about 30 min walk .
1. In the morning I HAVE SOME MILK AND BISCUITS
2. Lunch: like 2 roti and sabji , dahi, nuts, dates.
3. MEAL snack time I will have some 2 packs of snacks or some home cooked snacks
4. Dinner : Sometimes I will not have anything and if sometimes I have some khichdi and some sabji.
Still I can't get any results.
