Weight loss.

BMI: 33 Weight 92 kg. I have restricted my diet to 1500 calories to lose weight
. And focusing my protein in my diet. I do daily exercise. 30 min stationary cycling, 30 min cross trainer 45 min weight exercises. I need to know am  I eating enough with this level of activity.

Hi, recommended daily energy intake is 2300kcal/d.
Proteins 60g/d.
consult Dietitian for further advice...
