Hi firstly understand the reason of your weight gain and then correct it. If the eating habits Is a reson start eating well and balanced meals. If lack of physical work is the reason then increase the physical part. Concentrate on having small meals which are rich in proteins and low in carbs. Avoid sweets and fried.
Weight gain can be because of bad lifestyle...
1-diet( what you eat, what time n how much- that matters)
2- Exercise ( if you are not physically active- you will gain weight.
3- sleep( it plays very important role in weight reduction.
If any of these things are not fine you will tend to gain weight, so check what is going wrong and correct that.
