I don't know why i m loosing weight continuously..infact my diet is also good..I take meals 3 times in a day..and in morning dry fruits with banana shake n all..despite of this no effect on my weight...whatever I eat ,whether it is fruit or juice it doesn't effect on my body...inspite of this I get slim day by day ...i also feel fatigue , exhausted with having headpain ,, like I have no energy for doing anywork..I don't know what's is this..I can't figure out ...This totally effected my professional life also...please help me out to get rid of this...

Well then you must run blood tests like iron & ferritin levels, TSH, T3 T4, along with your lipid profile and Vit. D3 , Vit.B12,
Also I’m unsure even if you are consuming a Balanced diet,
Either you are loosing weight because you have some deficiency which can be detected through blood work or be rest assured you are t eating as per your metabolism which is superb for you , must have a balanced diet of grains, lentils, proteins, 4-5 coloured veggies , fruits & fermented foods / dairy
