I am weighing at 130kg. What type of diet should I follow if I ignore non veg completely for an year.
My mom and dad has diabetes and BP. In my last master check up I was 160kg and everything was normal can I go for master check this month coz I fear something inside me but i feel normal outside. Even with such big personality I can run, climb and do young age activities.
