I am weighing at 130kg. What type of diet should I follow if I ignore non veg completely for an year. My mom and dad has diabetes and BP. In my last master check up I was 160kg and everything was normal can I go for master check this month coz I fear something inside me but i feel normal outside. Even with such big personality I can run, climb and do young age activities.

Gud morning pls try to loose weight in a healthy way rather than trying for supplements for it. Lifestyle modification should be focused, yes do full body chk up soon for finding out if there is any underlying health issues or not.
