Hello, u have not mentioned your height. Do calculate your BMI to know exactly how much you need to reduce. Tips for diet is to have a high protein and low calorie diet. More of vegetables, fruits and pulses. Have small quantity multiple times. Control your urge for binge eating, fast foods, fried foods, chips, high calorie liquids, rice and potatoes. Can skip a meal or snack for a protein powder, there are many preparations available with good protein content and low calories with vitamin supplements. You should decrease the frequency of outside food and stick to home food. Be regular with some form of calorie burning exercise, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling. Can start with half our walk and gradually increase. But most important, continue this for a long time and dont stop it in a month. It will take month to feel any significant difference. Don't get disheartend if poor result in first month.
