Weight loss
I am 30y old woman ,4'11" tall and currently weigh 56kg. I have a 2.5y old breastfeeding child, and I am a stay-at-home mum. I don't get time to exercise or go for walks and gyms are not available where I live.there are no physical ailments as such. I need to lose the extra weight. Need suggestions/diet chart for weight-loss and also some simple home exercises that I can do. I have never exercised as routine and have had c-section baby.

Hi, Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Drink plenty of water everyday. Increase your water consumption. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice. Have plenty of fibre rich foods. Avoid refined sugar, oily and processed foods as much as you can. Get proper sleep and stay stress free. For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. U can also reduce ur weight by diet & aerobic exercise. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. U can reduce ur weight 5kg within one month by following rules

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You should stop breastfeeding as soon as possible.Take a protein and fibre rich diet.Take small meals at regular intervals.Take adequate sleep daily. Without gym also you can do exercises on regular basis to lose weight n stay fit. Surya namaskar,Yoga, Cycling, jogging will help.

Its been 2.5 yrs since you have delivered so you can leave breastfeeding now. For a early weight loose you can do brusk walk, stairs climbing, squatting exz. Twisting, and moderate weight training at home. Plan your meals of small protions, take warm water daily empty stomach followed by some milk cereals or porridge in bf Lunch- take 1-2 chapati (you can use diff flour chapati like oats n wheat mix ) with seasonal vegs or 1-2 bowl dal and salads only Eveng-fruit chat Dinner- vegetables or eggs boild or any salads sandwich or dal n salads only Try to avoid having carbs at night and salt as well.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
