Hi! Weight management is about two important things- diet and workout. You are 21 and you a good scope for muscle gaining. So first off, make sure you take at least 30 minutes out from your schedule for intense physical activity. Start with the following steps to go about your diet- 1. Make sure you have good amount of protein. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, dairy products, pulses and lentils provide proteins. 2. Have plenty of fresh vegetables and whole fruits. Make sure you have a salad with each of your meals. 3. Avoid foods with excess fat or sugar. ( Foods like deep fried snacks, jams, jellies, and other sweets) 4. Avoid consuming refined and processed foods like bread and other bakery products. 5. Use oils such as sunflower, safflower, sesame, peanut, rice bran etc. Change your cooking oil every 2-3 months.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
