Weight loss

Hi doctor, i want to ask that what should be the workout plan to be followed to reduce weight...currently i am 59.4 kg, height 154 cm, and following proper diet plan scheduled by dietician from 2.5 months (reduced 7.5 kg till now) i want that it should come below 50 before october...plz tell the tips to reduce weight and especially tummy fat..

Hi...u need to follow nutritionally balance plan and exercise schedule..especially abs exercises to loose tummy fat..diet, exercise and nutraceuticals work fabulous in weight reduction and figure framing .

Good to hear that u lost already 7.5 kg only with diet.u should continue the diet in same way. Along with that u can take some ayurvedic medicine that i will prescribe after taking your complete information beacuse medicine change person to person. Contact for further details
