Currently my age 40
Height - 175-177 cm
Weight - 92
I eat 5 times and total calorie intake is 2k to2.2k max.
I do walk daily and burn 1.5k calorie/day. After every food I do walk for atleast 20mins. I am vegetarian and use very less oil, salt. Food prepared by ginger paste, hing(Asafoetida) , green chilli and black pepper.
I wake up by 5am and dnr at 8.30pm and sleep by 10.30 pm.
How much weight I can loose in a month with same routine ??? Burning 1.5 K calorie and eating 2.2K calorie

Exercise- should be progressive to give good results

Physical activity is very important but in your case u need to shed your weight with the diet that is according to your blood group n u need detox diet to eliminate toxins from ur system . Walk will not help u at this weight coz u have to manage ur daily calorie count n then once u have attained desired weight then u can go for physical exercise to tone urself

Lot of more things should be included in ur diet and i have to reduce the Kcal intake of ur day. Kindly consult for proper diet plan so that u can reduce 5kg fat in a mnth. I will just work on reducing ur fat mass and will take care u retain ur muscle mass.
