Hi, Currently my age 40 Height - 175-177 cm Weight - 92 I eat 5 times and total calorie intake is 2k to2.2k max. I do walk daily and burn 1.5k calorie/day. After every food I do walk for atleast 20mins. I am vegetarian and use very less oil, salt. Food prepared by ginger paste,  hing(Asafoetida) , green chilli and black pepper. I wake up by 5am and dnr at 8.30pm and sleep by 10.30 pm. How much weight I can loose in a month with same routine ??? Burning 1.5 K calorie and eating 2.2K calorie

Hi Loosing weight is multifactorial Overall diet, protein carbs and fat intake, Exercise- should be progressive to give good results Sleep , medication etc Need more information about your lifestyle and eating habits.

Hi Physical activity is very important but in your case u need to shed your weight with the diet that is according to your blood group n u need detox diet to eliminate toxins from ur system . Walk will not help u at this weight coz u have to manage ur daily calorie count n then once u have attained desired weight then u can go for physical exercise to tone urself

Hello Lot of more things should be included in ur diet and i have to reduce the Kcal intake of ur day. Kindly consult for proper diet plan so that u can reduce 5kg fat in a mnth. I will just work on reducing ur fat mass and will take care u retain ur muscle mass.

Hi    If you don't have any health issues you can loose 700gm to 1000 gm per week If you have any health issues you will loose 500gm to 700 gm
