Hello there, i am.already overweight and ned to loose weight with proper diet and excercise...(height 5'1"and weight 73)..please help me with a proper dietician who can help me achieve my goals..

Hi to lose weight follow a healthy diet and lifestyle pattern. Eat small meals, every 2 hours. Drink 2 liters of water daily. 3 fruits and a variety of nuts. Avoid deep fried foods, suagr and maida products. Exercise for 45 mins 6 days a week. For a more detailed diet plan ping me on personal chat.
