Weight loss
Hello. I am 22 years old and my weight is 71 kgs. I know that losing weight fast isn't safe but are there any supplements which I can take for weight loss of 6-7kgs in one month. I don't get time for exercise much. Is there any medication I can take which might help me achieve targeted weight loss?

Greetings for the day!!      Weight loss is dependant on the type of diet you take. Exercise amounts to approximately 20% of the weight loss that u achieve. 80% comes from the diet you take. A proper diet plan will help you loose weight  easily. I suggest u consult a qualified dietitian for a customized diet plan that will help you.
