Hi welcome - I advice for breakfast you can have oatmeal ,may be with D.T or skim milk or mix veg(except potatoes/under ground) or phulka 2 pcs / 2 pcs Brwon Breads without butter, or puffed rice/ clean rice flakes with slalad/ soaked with sour curd/yogurts etc. Too much carbs are nor recommnded ,You can have upma/raimalt recepe or kanji but not more than 30-50gm in raw .
