Sir from last week my weight decreasing day by day.my body gets leaned I feel weakness.i don't know why this happened I eat regularly healthy food and fruits and I don't eat outside food, I think my foods not digested properly and I didn't get proper nutrients and energy....sir please help what should I do I feel uncomfortable..,,

Hi dear, I understand your concern. Sudden decrease in weight xan be due to digestion or absorption issues in your body. You need to have calorie rich nutritious meals.
Next Steps
Have fruit custard, milk shakes and smoothies. Nuts and banana. If non veg then eggs n lean meat, fish, milk and it's products regularly. Have enough water and green vegetables too.
