You can easily lose weight through changes in diet and lifestyle modifications.
Eat natural whole foods and avoid refined foods like bread, pasta, noodles, pizza and junk foods.
Have atleast 2-3 local seasonal fruits and 3-5 seasonal vegetables daily.
Avoid fried, oily food and sugary drinks.
Cut down on oil and fat in cooking.
Drink 8 - 10 glasses of luke warm water.
Do regular brisk walking for at least 40-50 minutes daily, preferably in the morning.
Eat small meals, reduce gradually number of wheat roti. Try to use mix grain atta for making chapati.
Eat mindfully and take at least 20 minutes to chew your food, that way you can feel satiety and avoid binging.
