Hallo mam - thanks for your query. Your BMI is 23.94. U can come down your weigh. For hypothyroidism u can take little more salty ,seafoods. avoid cabbage, soya products,under ground vegetables, spinach. no coffee. add gourd family vegetables, add citrus fruits more. take brown rice,breads, can go for animal protein products like D.T milk, paneer,curd is good for u. There are some yoga,free hand exercises like snake poses, DHANURASAN very effective. Do not take fatty,junk,street, fatty foods.Only home made foods.low calorie foods,less no sleep at day time.
