Hello Doctors,
I've always been underweight and have been trying to gain some weight for a long time. I have tried going to the gym along with eating more but every time I gain some kgs i always end up between 44-46kg. I would appreciate some help and guidance to gain some weight or recommend me to a doctor who can look for the underlying issue that i am not able to gain weight.

In winter lot many things help in gain weight.
Khajoor 5 with milk.
Dry fruits all five in no in breakfast.
Fig four to boil in milk without sugar till figs swelling milk remaining less than half. Consum milk n figs very slowly n mindfully.
Along with nuts use of seeds chia, pumpkin, sunflower,flex having very good source of protein help to made muscles in very small amount with all other benifits.
Use of dairy products.
Fruits 500 gms in afternoon citrus fruits must add, banana gives u energy calcium.REGULARITY IN FOOD HABIT.
HEAVY BREAKFAST, ADD SPORTS TOO.
LUNCH IN GOOD QUANTITY U CAN ADD CURD, BUTTER MILK N SWEET.
DINNER LIGHT.
LAST
ONE GLASS OF HOT MILK WHICH INDUCED GOOD SLEEP SO GOOD HEALTH.
I food lots beetroot carrot tomato.
Panner, cheese, butter to be added.
