Weight is increasing
I am a girl working in IT company. My weight chart 54kg in 2012 62kg in 2013-2015 I joined gym 11 months ago from today for 15 days and my weight started increasing . Today my weight is 76. I joined office in March 2016 and my weight was 72. I wake up daily at 7:15-7:20 take my office bus at 7:45 sit and work there. I use stairs to go eight floor. I leave office by 6:00 and reach home by 7:30 , do some house work , have dinner and sleep. Saturday and Sunday is holiday. I need advice to decrease weight but maintain a healthy body so that weakness and headache should not occur. Should I diet or skip meals? How much should i take food ? What do I need to change in my lifestyle ?

Ur weight is 23 KGS more it has been increased drastically in few years. U r young girl so avoiding any meals or skipping foods is not good option it will give nutrients deficiency. I will suggest get diet consultation. I will help u lose 4-5 KGS in month in healthy way.u can connect me anytime

Hi welcome - I understand your concern. I must say that a lot of factors are there for weight increase, like sedentary lifestyles, junk,fast foods, more fried foods or high calorie foods fried rice, parantha, butter, dry fruits, etc. Also one place sitting jobs also a factor like all IT people have same problem. So I advice to come online or visit a local Dieitian with proper low calore balance diet for you. I can also guide some fat buring poses if I get your mail ID where you will surely get some help apart from a diet follow up. If you follwo diet & regular exercises including free hand at your home campus then will not feel headache rather be comfortable all times & can be ir all time. Weight can be reduced if can follwo balanced diet aprox 1400 -1600 cal diet (normal 1900 )

Hello.......you shouldn't quit gymanasium in the middle... Weight increases further... You work for 8 to 9 hours... You need lot of rest and nutritious food... Don't skip meals, it will worsen problem.. Instead have frequent small meals if possible.. Have chappatis,. Take fruits for your lunch.. Drink lot of water... You need deep sleep... Avoid fatty, junk, non vegetarian food items. Add vegetables in diet.
