Weight gaining issues
I have been trying to lose weight from last two years by eating healthy. I have been drinking lots of water and having fruits. But still i am gaining weight. I do take zolfresh on daily basis as prescribed by my psychiatrist. I have allergies to milk product and lemon and cabbage. I dont know what to do? I am just feeling horrible. I am gaining weight. Due to milk allergies my calcium level and vitamin levels are low which makes me unproductive in gym. Any suggestions?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Provide me complete information of ur medical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening.  U can take Coconut milk as a substitute of milk products. Banana as calcium. Apple cider vinegar as substitute of lemon.

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach.
