Weight gain
I'm 19 years old and quite a tall guy. But my weight doesn't match my height, it's a bit too low(63 kg), with makes me feel awkward. How can I gain proper weight within a year and what kind of diet should I follow. Also, I want to do body-building kind of stuff, so haw can I gain muscles fast. Are there any medicines or supplements available for such sort of things(Suggest names if any)?
