Postpartum weight loss can be gradual, particularly after a C-section, because your body is still recovering. It's fantastic that you are avoiding fried and processed foods and focusing on home-cooked meals. To reduce weight, eat a balanced diet that includes lean proteins (chicken, fish, lentils), whole grains (brown rice, wheat, millets, quinoa), and lots of fruits and vegetables. Portion control is important, so try not to overeat even nutritious foods. But also, at the same time make sure that you can deliver enough breast milk to your child as child's adequate growth is also a priority alongside your weight reduction. Regular physical activity, like as walking, can assist, but always speak with your doctor before beginning any severe exercise. Adequate sleep, hydration, and stress management all contribute significantly to weight loss.

Hi Good evening! Congratulations first of all. It’s normal for weight loss to be slower after child birth. Are you feeding your baby? Watch your portion sizes. If you are feeding the baby then you need good amounts of protein and calcium too.

No worries. It will go gradually. Three months is a short time to reduce postpartum weight. Take balance healthy and homemade meal. 30 minutes walk will also help you a lot. Add salad veggies and fruits more on. And the best is to get your vata (Heat) level checked to reduce fast.
