Just eating won't help. You need to eat right. Have a glass or two of milk or shakes or smoothies everyday. Eat various dry fruits and nuts everyday. Eat more bananas, rice, potatoes, ghee. Have cheese and other dairy products regularly. Increase your protein consumption.
