Not gaining weight
Hello, My husband is 35 years old . Two years back he got an accident that time he's weight 63 but drastically weight down that time but he is fully recovered now but still not gaining weight. Current weight is 56 . Please suggest

Healthy afternoon Add extra calories to your dishes for more calories. Such as cheese in casserole or nut butter on whole grain toast. You can add dry milk or liquid milk to foods for extra protein and calories. Ex. Cream of tomato soup Eat energy dense foods 1. Nuts like almond, walnuts and peanut 2. Dried fruits like raisins , dates , prune 3. High fat dairy add like full fat yoghurt, cheese , cream 4. Fats and oils like virgin olive oils and avocados oil 5. Grains like oats and brown rice add in diet

Please calculate his TDEE using ( you can google it ) then increase the amount of protein and healthy fats in his diet. Exercises both cardio and muscle building (not necessary gymming) are must . Avoid all processed and packaged items which can be eaten instantly or can be cooked in less than 5min . Please schedule an appointment if you need more help . All the best !
