Weight related problem
My sister (aged 27) hieght 5'6 is 41 on weighing scale. She can't gain weight despite eating a healthy amount of food. Tried every possible thing. Is there any supliment or any medicine which can help her gain weight and causing less side affects?

Don’t forget to incorporate healthy exercise and other lifestyle changes into your routine. 1. Gain weight gradually by adding healthy calories- try adding 300-500 calories per day. 2. Eat smaller meals more often, adding healthy snacks in between meals 3. Add extra calories to your meals with cheese , nuts, and seeds 4. Have high calorie drinks between meals such as milkshakes.
