Increased protein and carbohydrates in your diet. add milk and it’s products like cottage cheese, paneer , khoa, sweets or quinoa, barley,oats , bajra , green leafy vegetables, eggs , non veg , Nuts , Fruits etc. Add protein rich smoothies in your diet and add sweets after having the lunch and dinner.
