First do your blood test.may be it's your genetic.or may you have hypothyroidism or anything else. Needa some information like - do you have any constipation or gastric problem,do you have on any medication etc.after all this then one could tell you why are you not gaining

Healthy morning Here are some tips to help a child gain weight 1. Eat more calories: Increase your child‘a calorie intake with healthy fats and starchy carbs. Some foods to consider include Meat , dairy, fatty fish, nuts and seeds, soy protein, grains, dried fruits. 2. Drink - high calorie drinks: Milkshakes are dried fruits smoothies made with whole milk , yogurt or cream 3. Eat three to five meals a day : Eating at least 3 meals a day can make it easier to increase calorie intake 4. Weight training: Weight training at least three times a week can help gain and maintain lean muscle mass 5. Eat enough protein: A diet with right amount of protein can support muscle growth.
